What is Boot Camp In The Park?
Boot camp in the park is a fun 45 minute approximately 20 week moderate to high intensity workout for all levels of fitness, beginning intermediate and advanced. Designed to maximize caloric expenditure and to yield fantastic results. It incorporates strength training with brief periods of aerobic exercise. My particular form of training alternates lower and upper body exercise similar to circuit training working the upper and lower chambers of the heart more effectively.

How is Boot Camp
In The Park Structured?
Warm up - Consists of a 6-8 Minute low intensity aerobic exercise to slighty raise the heart rate.
Workout Phase - Resistance Training followed intermittently by brief periods of aerobic exercises.
Cool Down - 3-5 Minutes of low intensity exercise to normalize blood flow.
Stretch - Full body stretch to elongate muscle fibers and to reduce chance of muscle soreness.

Be there at Varga Park & Pacer's Field in South River starting the second week of April throughout the summer, weather permitting on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings at 10 am.
Minimum five participates at $15.00 each per session. Bring a friend for a reduced price of $12.00 each.
